  Hi, We are interested in booking your apartment for Easter 2025 (12th-19th April). Can you let us know the following please:
  
  1) Is the price quoted on your website fully inclusive or are there additional charges for cleaning etc?
  2) What is the situation regarding parking? Is there parking inside/outside the building? Is there a parking fee? Do you have a dedicate parking space?
  3) What are you payment and cancellation terms?
  4) Is there a ski-room in the building? What floor is it on and is this private or shared?
